Puglia Almonds tumbled in Dark Chocolate ~ SOMA Chocolatemaker

These almonds grown from an ancient variety called Filippo Ceo in the Puglia region of Italy are really really tasty. The small rounded nuts are sweet and fragrant with a buttery aftertaste and a doughy soft bite closer to Macadamia nuts. 

We light roast the almonds for a buttery crunch then envelop them in Dream Machine, our lovely dark chocolate blend made with cacao from our favourite farms and growing regions.
