East Van Jam - Blackberry Jack w/ Orange Blossom & Lime ~ Low-Sugar Artisanal Spread ~ Made in Canada

The deep rich sweetness of blackberries is beautifully complemented by the floral hints of orange blossom and tangy lime. A fine choice for a lovely vinaigrette. Add a tablespoon to balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a flavourful punch. 

Ingredients:

• Local BC Blackberries
• Pure Lime Juice
• Organic Cane Sugar
• Pectin
• Citric Acid
• Orange Blossom Water

Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed. And remember - like the jar label says - once opened, store in fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Low sugar content means short fridge life. It's a trade off!
