It is in the heart of the countryside surrounding the village of Compton, in the Eastern Townships, that this fine maple syrup is produced by the family, a happiness shared for four generations. This maple syrup has won a gold award as an exceptional syrup given by the Commandery of Maple in 2021 and 2018 and a silver award in 2019.
