Rich raspberry charms complimented by familiar vanilla and star anise. The tartness of the raspberries is balanced by the warmth of the vanilla and the subtle licorice like notes of star anise. Perfectly paired with brie and crackers.

Ingredients:

• Fraser Valley Raspberries
• Organic Cane Sugar
• Pure Lemon Juice
• Pure Vanilla Extract
• Pectin
• Anise Extract
• Citric Acid

Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed. And remember - like the jar label says - once opened, store in fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Low sugar content means short fridge life. It's a trade off!
