East Van Jam - Dutchess of Strawberry ~ Low-Sugar Artisanal Spread ~ Made in Canada

Pairs well with toast, scones, muffins and a peanut butter sandwich. This jam is the perfect addition to yogurt or as a topping for pancakes and waffles. 

Ingredients:

• Strawberries Grown in Fraser Valley
• Organic Cane Sugar
• Pure Lemon Juice
• Rose Water
• Pectin
• Citric Acid

Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed. And remember - like the jar label says - once opened, store in fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Low sugar content means short fridge life. It's a trade off!
